Get on my nerves! Again TM really “makes my day”. Memang system tolak-tendang-sepak sana-sini diamalkan kat semua tempat agaknya. Buat report sana ditolak ke department sini, pastu department sini tolak pulak ke sinun, yang sinun lak kata bukan julat kerja dia so dia tak boleh buat apa-apa then tendang lak ke sana –a point where I just begun with. Pathetic.
Once, I had made a report at JBA Pahang, sebab meter air rosak plus paip air bocor. And not only the customer service were bad, they’re also rude. As usual, laporan dibuat and I have to answer the same question over and over again –account no, owner’s name, address and bla, bla, bla. Whatthe?? Didn’t you guys have a database that includes all that? I mean if I did give y’all the account number for sure you can detect the owner name and such. But nope. What was bad, they not just ask me to call other department, when I called the other department, a rude plus arrogant woman told me to call back JBA and talk to previous department which I just called to make a report. For real? So what I just did before I called this arrogant woman?
And know what, I called back JBA, made another report and a month passed but no one ever came to fix that meter. For real! Batang idung pegawai JBA nampak la masa nak bagi bil air bulan ni. Ah..I don’t give a damn..
Back to TM, since yesterday my internet connection had been disconnected. I don’t know why, they said we’d upgraded our speed, but the installer came last Wednesday told we’re already on the highest speed. So fine. The TM services officer told me to called the installer back to recheck the connection. And I did. He just said –oh, it’s the connection at your place. Let’s just wait. Hell yeah..i’d waited like forever. This morning I called back TM –with so many advertisement in line- and this lady told me this, that and that like I am noob. We didn’t have any changes and our line was fine until your installer came. As predicted, she asked me to call the installer back. LOL! Unluckily, I called TM in front of my boss and I was a little in a rage –and about to explode but I couldn’t cause I have this nice, calm, innocent image to maintain.. hahahahaha.
My chubby fingers now is tired of dialing the installer man number as he’s now turning off his hand phone for some reasons only God knows the best. Am getting back like 30minutes more and I do feel want to through nature bomb at his house and wake him up if only he still sleeping. Bad day? Nope..tired of bad customer services at certain agency.
